To my amazement it only took 2 hours at a cost of $297.00. Vick was just terrific getting the parts needed from Subaru so I could enjoy the rest of my day. I'm thrilled with service like this. Janery After getting a quote from the dealership where I purchased my car, I decided it was way too high so I shopped around for a better deal. I went to Mr Transmission & Aamco & while they both quoted a price lower than the 1st, I left my car at Aamco. They didn't try to "upsell" & they even rented a car for me. I thought the managers were very nice & honest, which is really important! They saved me a lot of money & my car is working great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs car repair. Debbie They were very helpful! Jesika Had a shot Mercedes 560 sel transmission, wouldn't stay in high gear, these guys rebuilt a used transmission that I brought in, installed it, no problems. They even fixed a steering fluid leak at no charge. Needless to say, I'm very pleased with the job that they did. Jack My husband and I took our truck (my husband's baby) to AAMCO on Cobb Parkway because the check engine light was on. The manager and the owner were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They checked it for free and they explained everything in detail. It turned out to be a transmission problem. After they pulled out the transmission, the price we were quoted for the transmission repair was lower than the competition. Plus they gave us a free rental car for the duration of the repair with a 24 month warranty. Most shops only offered a 12 month warranty with no rental car. We were extremely pleased with the work performed and the service was excellent. Now that we know they do everything, we will use them for all our automotive needs. Susan I had no choice but to post a review for this Aamco shop I am a senior in high school and depend on my car for so many things. It gets me and my friend to and from school each day as well as enabling me to visit colleges I am applying to. My car is pretty old, and well, it is kind of a sucky looking car. It is a 1999 Ford sedan with just about 200000 miles on it. I can't afford a new car and my parents can't afford to buy me one. Like I have come to depend on this car, I have come to depend on the Aamco to keep it going. They have kept this car and me running. They have no nonsense accurate diagnosis. They don't scratch their heads and replace parts with their fingers crossed behind their backs hoping the parts they "throw" at the car fix the problem like the other shop I used to go to. What they have done has worked and I trust them completely and that is important to me. I could be at a disadvantage being a girl at Aamco, but after two years plus of them doing work on my car, I trust them completely. They have fixed my transmission, and over the past two years or so have also replaced the radiator, water pump, and have fixed problems with the check engine light. They are good, that's all I can say. They will keep fixing this car and hopefully will continue to maintain the next car I get - and hopefully that will be new.Thanks Aamco! Jenny Excellent Service. The service I received was a Transmission Fluid Change. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with the best customer service. As my truck was being serviced I was given detailed information about the process of changing Transmission Fluid and the benefit. Vic, thank you for going above the standard and giving real customer service!! Mecelle Excellent customer svc. Have taken the car to this location for numerous repairs. The price is always as quoted. Never charged for any follow-up visits and I feel like I'm treated as a person, not just the next car in line. Highly recommended. Train8 Not always a transmission problem. I took my truck in to Aamco with what I thought was a transmission problem, but it ended up just being what they called a misfire. I was told that all it needed was a good tune up and one ignition coil. Aamco could have taken me for a lot more, but they didn`t. I certainly do like the service and the honesty there.
